The past few months have been incredibly challenging. It sounds cliche at this point, yet it remains true- these are truly unprecedented times. And in everyone’s desire to be helpful and share articles, videos, and podcasts, it can feel overwhelming to see all of this information. It is almost another way to feel bad about ourselves- that if we’re not consuming all of these resources and putting these “helpful hints” into action, then we’re not doing enough.
In my own attempt to be helpful, I have highlighted the resources that I feel are most accessible.
